Hi, my name is Annette Gravelle. I have always been drawn to supporting others as they navigate life transitions and cultivate resiliency and joy in their lives.
I have completed a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor's of Education Degree in Adult Education, and a Bachelor's of Arts (Honours) in Psychology. I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
Using a positive, person-centred, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach, I provide a safe and accepting space to process your mental/emotional/spiritual load. In this space, we will partner together to define and journey towards your personal mental health goals. I have supported, and continue to support, clients challenged with various forms of anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, suicidality, and trauma, as well as Personality and Psychological disorders, on their healing journeys.
I believe that everyone learns differently so I use a mosaic of techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and supportive counselling to tailor treatment plans that fit your learning style, personal characteristics, strengths, and resources so that therapy is inviting, accessible, collaborative, and worthwhile.
Therapy is a journey of personal discovery and change that I walk with you.
